Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

At Somas Technology India Private Limited, we accept the following payment methods:

• UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Net Banking (All major Indian banks supported)
• Bank Transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
• Cash on Delivery (for select products within serviceable areas)

2. Payment Terms

For products and services, the following payment terms apply:

• Products: Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• Services: Payment terms vary based on the service type and contract:
  • - 50% advance payment for project initiation
  • - Remaining 50% upon project completion or as per agreed milestones
  • - Monthly subscription services are billed in advance

3. Payment Security

We prioritize the security of your payment information:

• All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology
• We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers
• We use trusted payment gateways that comply with PCI DSS standards

4. Invoicing

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• An electronic receipt via email immediately after payment
• A formal invoice within 2 business days
• GST-compliant tax invoice for all applicable transactions

5. Currency

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees imposed by their payment provider.

6. Late Payments

For ongoing services and projects with milestone payments:

• Payments overdue by more than 15 days may result in service suspension
• A late payment fee of 2% per month may be applied to overdue amounts
• Work on ongoing projects may be paused until payment is received
